Saturday evening is a free 60 minute introduction to my Sun Salute.                                                                                                                                                        I will share my enthusiasm for yoga and movement and Consciousness Energy with you and inspire you to practice with a short video and information.
We will also do some work together, including breath and meditation practices and exercises.

I will systematically take you on a detailed preparation for and exploration of my Sun Salute Sequences. There will be personal and video instruction, and personal evaluation of you, the participant, is possible.

My version of the Sun Salute is simple and quick to use, and will powerfully stretch, open, strengthen and focus your body and mind.

The program consists of a beginner friendly Warm-up Sequence (2 minutes) and a more advanced Power-up Sequence (3 minutes).
You can do both for a 5 minute joint sequence, or repeat either, as many times as you like.
