To be a human being is to be a breather. And breath has a direct route of influence over body and mind. Because it influences the nervous system and body chemistry – it directs how we perceive life, and react to situations.  Our entire life experience is influenced by how we breathe. Conscious breath helps ground body, mind, and breath integration into conscious living.

BREATH IS PROFOUND EMBODIED KNOWLEDGE

The profound wisdom of breath is literally lost unless embodied in breathing. The breath must be breathed!  As examples it is easy to understand how breathing opens the diaphragm to reduce anxiety, and will open the physical heart space to love.  But if that breath is not breathed, breath literally remains a profound idea, and doe snot manifest as a profound physical reality. Embodied breathing is what would make a profound impact on the life of the breather.

Hello. I am Johann, and I love to share the understanding that when we manage our breath, we manage our lives. When you experience how your breath can bring dynamic balance to your body and mind, you can raise your quality of life. Then your breath can add punch to any activity, and unwind stress from everything you do – so that your breath is your direct route to high frequency living.

CONTEXT OF STATEMENTS

Breath has been a core practice of yoga for 1 000’s of years. The decades of experience I gathered from this timeless wisdom is now supported by modern science and research, establishing breathwork as a decisive advance in natural human health care.

QUALIFYING MY STATEMENT 

We are alive because we breathe. I have shown 1 000’s of people in yoga classes and with therapeutic yoga, how to breathe, and tangibly look and feel more centred and alive, to improve focus, reduce anxiety, release trauma, detox, loose weight, and be more content.  

BODY, MIND, BREATH. SPIRIT. 

Breath is energy. Spirit is energy. A human being is a breather, and in the Spirit of Life, Conscious Energy. This confirms why breath brings punch to our actions, induces relaxation because it brings release from business and stress, and elevates consciousness because breath puts the breather, in body, and mind, in touch with Spirit Energy.

I can guarantee delivery of a simple technique, and understanding thereof, to inspire you to become breath aware and breathing proficient.

I cannot do the practice for you.
But therein lies the power of breath. 
The breather has to breathe.
That is true self empowerment.

Breath can effectively elevate one’s life experience. To transform yourself with breathing – you just have to do it. 

Because breath is natural to us, it is readily accessible. Breathwork can be applied, with unlimited possibility, to any endeavour, and in some small, significant way. This means anyone can readily direct their breath, and lives.

With little barrier to entry, breathwork requires no fitness, belief system, or religion, only willingness to learn and practice. 

Please note that my breathwork practice is not excessive in any way. Only balance is truly sustainable. I value consistent, moderate practices for a realistic process of transformation.

Which means it can help anyone, with everything. This is true balance.

BODY, MIND AND BREATH BRINGS BALANCE

Breathwork enhances meditation, to help us be present here, now, reducing mental and emotional noise interference from past or future. 

This is why breathwork induces constructive change. It is innate human intelligence at its best. 

Breathwork delivers dynamic harmony, it improves concentration with any task, and assists with relaxing after tasking. This helps waking up in the morning, reduces trouble sleeping, and in-between improves digestion, to releases toxicities. 

In combination with morning exposure to natural light, a few morning breaths invigorates natural circadian rhythm. Additionally, combination with cold water therapy further boosts day time energy increases. 

Such breath awareness brings beautiful ways to harmonise one’s being in conscious awareness.

A DEEPER BIOLOGY OF UNDERSTANDING

Because body and mind share the same biology,  the breath directly influences both. Physicality and consciousness can be effectively altered with a few breaths.  The state of mind and physical being is inseparable.

An effective breath practice, in understanding of how the physiological action of breathing directly affects the human being, on every level, is what makes the breath the most direct route to positive change. Breath is the ultimate biohack. 

A single breath can shift the entire biology, body, and mind into balance.

BREATH BRINGS BALANCE

An effective technique for efficient breathing has to be learned,  experientially, and in understanding of the holistic, systemic nature of body, mind and breath.

For breath to bring balance it has to become an everyday mindful awareness tool, applied in life experience.

INDIVIDUALISED SHARING IS WHAT I AM GOOD AT

In my experience direct coaching, in the body mind, with breath, in direct alignment with the goal of what is to be learned, is best. A bodymind practice integrates powerfully when its truth is felt, in the bodymind, logically, and emotionally, in a safe space of learning, therapy or council.

My body-mind-spirit vision is to open people up to understand spirituality, through experience in the body and mind. Breath is the foundation of the practices, the means to reach within, and activate a spiritual way of being. 

Breath is about connection – with oneself. Breath provides a direct connection to oneself, in one’s life, and to spirit and Source. 

This practice is applied to wherever we are in the world, but it is not a time space that is about the world. Rather about what happens on the inner plain of the breather-practitioner. The practice requires commitment, willingness to develop a regular practice of a a few minutes, every day, and to grow awareness of conscious living. This is the seeker-practitioner, gaining ways to become free of pain, anxiety and past trauma. To grow as an evolving human being. 

Such practices must accept responsibility to create a safe environment for us to change, and for people to find change. 

To encourage change it is absolutely essential establish a practice for change. 

Then we can participate in  life, and have experiences that opens up to new journeys of growth.

A solid mind-body practice is 50% information and 50% experience.
