Music resonates deep in our beings to help our individual being merge with the ocean of life. An open heart and meditative state of mind allows us to activate our inner intuitive self, so we can know and better understand the cosmic forces that shape our lives.
I believe music created consciously imbues consciousness – science acknowledges that certain frequencies, musical patterns and motifs stimulates certain brain patterns that assists the listener to create the desired nervous system states to induce greater well-being.
Music can help us feel better, relax more deeply, enhance focus, inspire us and have an amazing meditation experience.
My ambient music creates an enhanced atmospheric space for yoga classes or related activities such as movement, deep relaxation or guided meditation. I personally do not play music all the time in all my classes; a week my go by without me playing anything at all. At other times I may play music at the beginning, the end oor even through an entire session.
