Before doing yoga with this video

Please note that the video can be done by a beginner but it is not a beginner’s yoga instruction. The poses are not explained and no cautions are given, i.e. there is no contraindications provided for any of the practices.

The visuals are accompanied by detailed verbal instruction, an experienced practitioner or anyone familiar with yoga can follow mainly listening to the audio. Read more about my easy to do approach to yoga.

The real thing 

This video was made just before closing the studio for the festive season holidays. I had loads of fun recording with photographer Marcel Duvenhage. We decided on a few aesthetics, set up a camera and sound, and did the whole thing live in more or less one take, a real, unrehearsed yoga class.       Hey thanks for the feedback. You are welcome. I just sat down and taught a basic class to the camera. The real classes are similar in basic content and style but probably (hopefully) much better 🙂
