I designed a simple and powerful program for increased productivity. The practice is based on a unique interpretation of  mindful bodywork that can be used at the workplace and anywhere else to release stress, increase mental clarity, creativity, productivity and vitality.

● Effective breathing
● Good posture
● Ease of movement
● Relaxation techniques
● Positive lifestyle habits

Many years of  practicing and teaching yoga in diverse, demanding contexts, simultaneously experiencing working for others and starting my own businesses,  including my own current start-up while starting a family has helped me understand how much yoga techniques can benefit all persons.

My simple bodywork and awareness exercises are great tools for stress release and optimized performance.

The techniques are easy to understand, learn and apply, and can be presented for small or large groups. The presentation/workshop can be as short as 45 minutes or as long as a day. My sessions are ideally suitable for lunch hour engagements, corporate wellness days and teambuilding exercises.

I service the Western Cape and Boland area and am available for travel. To book or obtain more information please contact me.

● Additional follow-up individual assessments and individual corrective action is ideal.

Pictured below is an example of a hunched, upper body stress work station posture and a seated “yawn stretch” to counter the tightness. On the right I am teaching the deep stress release table stretch, a very specific yet easy technique utilizing a  such a chair and deep breathing.
