The Corona Virus restriction-curb is a reminder that going to a yoga class is great, but perhaps not always possible, or the best thing to do under the circumstances. We also know that Yoga enhances immunity, and community strengthens individuals. Yoga soothes panic or worry too. Do continue with your yoga, more than ever, step up your practice. We can practice with healing intent, for self-care, and for others.

OM OM OM – wherever you are!

Once there is an understanding of a situation, and a plan in place, or open-ness to be flexible to change and more changes, a certain acceptance appears. A mindset that allows for one to be in the moment, at peace, even if only for moments.

I wrote on Facebook this morning. “A relative social lock down, apart from economic repercussions, is not necessarily a bad thing. Perhaps more time to be home, work out at home, read, fix things up… rest… Eckhard Tolle says this nicely: When you become aware of silence, immediately there is that state of inner still alertness. You are present. You have stepped out of thousands of years of collective human conditioning.”

An opportunity to “Go Within?” is always an opportunity to Self.
