Be in the world, not of the world, and find eternal peace

Nature show us how beautiful, fragile and powerful we are. Seasons come, seasons go. One constant remains: change. When we release into this wisdom we may to connect with our inner, “forever” self. When every end is a new beginning we may learn how to be in the world, not of the world. A wellspring of Eternal Peace.

Eternal peace begins with this acceptance of change. When we surrender to the fact that nothing stays the same, and that we have no control over anything.

Aside from the tranquility of nature, the sanctuary of meditation, there are few things as powerful as music to connect us to our inner peace.

A world in crises – and you can be there for it

Nature is so much more than the earth we stand on. Prana, the Eternal Life Force of the Universe, is so massive, it boggles the mind. One can barely grasp what it is. When economies tumble and countries shudder, the earth heaves under the ecological pressure of humanity, inner peace may be difficult to access. Tough as things are, with ignorance and greed destroying nature and denaturing people, there is hope.

We don’t have to be on a sinking ship of fools. Now is a good time to jump that ship and turn to the eternal light within for inspiration… meditate, meditate, meditate.

Pointing fingers won’t help, we are all part of the problem. And part of the salvation. Salvation – thinking in terms of solutions isn’t the answer. Be the change, be the transformation.

Find your inner peace

Humans are attracted to all kinds of expressions of energy. Be it rowdy, wild, or quiet, in a crowd or alone, in nature or virtual. It is only natural to look for a powerful vortex, an expression of the life force. Metaphorically this is a surfer drawn to a wave, a businessman to a deal, a yogi to a cave. Finding a vortex of compassion for others, and self, wherever we are, whatever the circumstances, is an invaluable resource of inner peace.

It is right there, within, even in the presence of the greatest turmoil. And pay it forward, feed it back into your community, family and business. Integrity happens when the surface, public or extroverted self is in synergy with the inner self. This is harmony.

Learn to meditate.

Eternal Spring Blessings
